1. The service

Render Studio is a private, operator-managed ChatGPT app for image generation, multimodal analysis, and project archiving. Access and project work are arranged with the operator at nagibinx@gmail.com.

This website explains the service and its data practices. It does not offer a public subscription, checkout, or self-service account. Visiting the website does not start a model request.

2. Materials supplied for processing

Provide only files, prompts, and other material that you own or are authorized to use for the requested processing. This includes permission to share relevant client, third-party, or personal information with the services described in the Privacy Policy.

Make any handling restrictions clear to the operator before supplying the material. Do not use the service to access files without permission, bypass access controls, or carry out unlawful activity.

3. Reviewing AI outputs

AI-generated images and analysis can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent with instructions, or unsuitable for an intended use. Review outputs against the source material and project requirements before relying on, sharing, or publishing them.

Visual studies are not a substitute for verified drawings, measurements, engineering, code review, or professional advice. An image does not establish that a design can be built or that it satisfies a brief or regulation.

Render Studio does not guarantee that an output is unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a particular purpose. Any intended use should account for applicable rights and the relevant model provider’s terms.

4. Processing and costs

Generation, analysis, storage, and other cloud operations may incur provider charges. The scope of work and any payment arrangements are handled directly with the operator. This website does not publish a price plan or promise free model use.

Requests are carried out through connected services. A request already taken for processing may finish even after a pause or cancellation is requested. Cancellation does not guarantee that provider charges will be avoided or refunded.

5. Availability and project records

Service availability and completion times depend on the operator’s infrastructure, network connections, provider availability, quotas, and account authorization. Continuous availability or a particular completion time is not guaranteed.

Render Studio keeps project archives and processing records as described in the Privacy Policy. Archive access and recovery depend on the relevant files and connected services remaining available. Keep an independent copy of material you need to retain.

Questions about an incomplete request, a retained file, or a deletion request should be sent to the operator with the relevant project details.

6. External providers

Render Studio uses ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Google Drive, and DigitalOcean-hosted infrastructure. Use of these services is also subject to the applicable provider terms and policies.

Render Studio is independently operated. It is not an official product of, or endorsed by, Google, OpenAI, or DigitalOcean. References to these providers describe the services used in the workflow.
