Privacy Policy
An account of the information used by Render Studio, where it goes, and how to ask about access or deletion.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
The essentials: Render Studio is privately operated. Project content moves through ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google services, and the service’s hosting infrastructure as needed to carry out requested work. The Google Drive connection uses limited file access.
1. About this policy
Render Studio is a private, operator-managed ChatGPT app for AI image generation, multimodal analysis, and project archiving. This policy covers the information handled by Render Studio and this informational website.
The operator can be contacted at nagibinx@gmail.com. Access to the service is arranged with the operator. This website does not offer self-service accounts.
2. Information used
Depending on the requested task, Render Studio handles:
- Project content: prompts, instructions, project briefs, text, images, PDFs, audio, video, and other source material supplied for the work.
- Results and records: generated images, analysis responses, source and result references, project identifiers, file names, versions, checksums, processing status, model usage, and operation history.
- Connection information: credentials and authorization tokens needed for the configured Google connection, together with technical information required to operate and troubleshoot the service.
- Correspondence: information you choose to send when contacting the operator.
This information is used to prepare and carry out requested work, return results, maintain the project archive, track processing, and resolve service issues.
3. Google Drive access
The Google Drive connection uses the drive.file permission. It allows Render Studio to create files and access files that the app created or that were specifically made available to it. This permission does not provide general access to every file in a Google Drive account.
Render Studio uses that access to read source material made available to the app, create and maintain project archives, save originals and results, and maintain related project records. The current service archives project material in the operator’s connected Google Drive.
Files can also be supplied through ChatGPT or another explicitly used input route. Those files can be processed for the requested task even when they did not come from the Render Studio Google Drive connection.
4. Processing and sharing
Project information is handled by the services needed to perform the requested work:
- Google: selected prompts and source material are sent to Google Vertex AI for image generation or Gemini analysis. Google Drive stores project archives and related records. Google Cloud storage may be used for temporary processing inputs.
- OpenAI: the app is used through ChatGPT. Requests, status information, and results pass through ChatGPT/OpenAI as part of that interaction.
- DigitalOcean: the Render Studio service runs on DigitalOcean-hosted infrastructure, which holds working files, project metadata, processing records, and connection information needed by the service.
- The operator: project information may be accessed as needed to operate the private service, review requested work, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Render Studio does not sell project information or use it for advertising. Render Studio does not use project content to train its own general-purpose AI models. External providers handle information under their own applicable terms, settings, and privacy policies; the statements about Render Studio’s own use do not describe every provider’s practices.
5. Storage and retention
Google Drive is the project archive. Working files are also held on the service’s server. Working image caches may be removed after the archive is verified, and archived files may be retrieved again when needed for project work.
Archived originals, outputs, project metadata, and operation history may remain available for ongoing work and recovery. Unarchived files and items with an uncertain processing or archive status may be retained to avoid losing work. Render Studio does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for all data.
A deletion request concerns retained copies controlled by the operator. Copies held independently by a user, in a ChatGPT conversation, or by an external provider may require separate action and are subject to the relevant service’s controls and retention practices.
6. Access, revocation, and deletion
Contact nagibinx@gmail.com to ask about your project information, request correction, or request deletion of retained service copies. Include enough information to identify the project; do not send passwords or access tokens. The operator may need to confirm your authority over the material before acting.
The Google account holder can revoke the Render Studio connection through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents future use of that authorization. It does not automatically delete files already archived or other copies already retained.
Removing a connection or requesting deletion may limit the operator’s ability to continue the affected project. The operator can explain which retained copies can be removed and whether separate action is needed in other services.
7. This website
This is a static informational website. It does not contain analytics scripts, advertising cookies, account registration, or web forms. Its contact links open your email application. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to serve and protect the website.
Visiting these pages does not authorize Google access, upload project files, or start a paid model request.
